The principals of the Haven advise, prior to booking, on any particular condition and suggest the best treatment program. A one week package is a good place to start if you have a complaint like arthritis, asthma or interested in longevity diet programs, wellness or detoxification. They also have a special program for executive stress, designed for those that wish to re-energize and learn new ways to manage life's challenges. It encompasses a complete new approach to managing stress levels which is practical and easy and helps to increase personal energy and vitality.

THE SPA
The Haven has 3 principal practitioners with over 35 years experience and 16 years of full time training in naturopathy, nutritional therapy, remedial therapies, acupuncture and TCM to name a few. To support them are the spa staff who provide a menu of massages, facials and body treatments using their own natural and chemical free products. The spa has a state of the art fitness center with a power plate, exercise pool, racquetball, a 100 jet Jacuzzi, infrared saunas and steam rooms. The Haven, with an eye towards personal one on one attention has only 5 rooms with a strong emphasis on comfort, 4 come with a private terrace that takes in the nature surrounding the property.
Once at The Haven the opportunities to partake in some of the local activities abound; such as bird watching, hiking, white water rafting, forest canopy rides, coffee plantation tours (Boquete has the world's best coffee producers), horseback riding, or ATV adventure through the mountains.

Principal Members of the Team
The Haven is a dream come true for Howard and Sonia Jones who together have 35 years of experience in health treatments. Sonia Jones, ND received her qualification in nutritional therapy, and reflexology in Britain and naturopathy in Australia. In 2007 she published "End the Food Confusion" and again in 2009 "Simply Reflexology". In 2009, they launched their own brand of natural, organic, toxic and chemical free personal care products. These products are the first of their kind in Panama. Howard, an acupuncturist and member of the British Acupuncture Council, trained in Australia and has had several clinics in different countries before settling in Panama.

Mark Perren, specializes in acupuncture, sports injury, remedial massage and joint mobilization. Mark started
his training 25 years ago in Australia and specializes in joint and muscle pain.
